Halloween at Benedictine has its own particular logic. There are parties and horror movies, costumes and coffee—and, apparently, a rugby playoff.
Jake, Ryan, Maggie, and friends try to decide what qualifies as a proper Halloween celebration. The answer turns out to be less about having a plan than about finding enough things to do that you can postpone the things you actually need to do.
Because sometimes college is the costume.
ROOK is a daily original college newspaper comic about friendship, faith, growing up, and the odd little places where life becomes meaningful. Set in and around Benedictine College and Atchison, ROOK follows a recurring cast through classes, sports, faith, traditions, coffee, adventures, and the everyday absurdities of college life.
A new ROOK strip appears every day at noon CST.
